David Johnston is the Founder of Accept & Proceed, a B Corp creative studio working with visionaries to design for the future. For over two decades, he has explored the space between what is and what could be, helping brands like Arc’teryx, IBM, LEGO and Nike become stewards of better futures, not just cultural icons.

David believes brand is one of the most powerful tools for cultural and systemic change when created with clarity, integrity and imagination. His current focus spans climate transition industries, circular design and building trust through authenticity.

Beyond the studio, David explores these ideas through Endless Vital Activity, a podcast inspiring radical action, and Dut18, a creative retreat reconnecting people with nature and old ways.
