Sarah Dodge

Sarah Dodge is a Strategic Design Manager at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation. Combining her experience in design research and innovation, Sarah uses design at the Foundation to engage with and support organisations in co-shaping a circular future that eliminates waste and pollution, circulates materials, and regenerates nature. 

Most recently, she leads research on circular business model transformation and helps facilitate the Built Environment Circular Leaders Group, an initiative convened by Arup and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, with a common objective of accelerating the transition to a circular and nature-positive built environment. Prior to joining the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, she worked as a multidisciplinary designer for large scale mixed-use developments where she experienced first-hand the waste and inefficiencies of the construction industry.
